LEGAL NOTICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Tressa’s House, you enter into a legally binding agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein.

2. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

3. ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORITY

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. BUSINESS MODEL DISCLOSURE

Tressa’s House operates as a dropshipping retailer. Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for supplier-related delays, packaging variations, or fulfillment issues beyond our control.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or verify any order at our sole discretion. We may request additional verification to prevent fraud.

6. PAYMENT PROCESSING

All payments are processed via third-party providers. We disclaim liability for errors, declines, or disputes arising from payment processors.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (UCC)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products and services are provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tressa’s House shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid or $100.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tressa’s House from any claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia. You waive rights to jury trials and class actions.

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Users accessing services outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws. International disputes shall be resolved in accordance with enforceable arbitration agreements.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content is owned by Tressa’s House and protected by applicable law. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

14. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access at any time without notice for violations of these Terms.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tressa’s House and supersedes all prior agreements.

17. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles.
