All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed.
SHIPPING TIMES & DELIVERY
Because we work with multiple suppliers, including international partners, shipping times may vary.
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days (may vary by location and product).
Some items may arrive separately if fulfilled from different warehouses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally where available.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Tracking numbers may take 2–5 days to update depending on the carrier.
DELAYS
Tressa’s House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
This includes weather, supply chain disruptions, or high demand periods.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered, please contact the carrier first.
Tressa’s House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
We will assist where possible to help resolve the issue.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Address changes may not be possible after processing begins.
