RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition received, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at support@tressashouse.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Returns must be approved before being sent. Returns are sent to Tressa's House, 411 36th Street, #7078, Augusta, GA 30905. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
RETURN OUTCOMES
Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund to the original payment, store credit (which may include bonus value), or a replacement item.
RETURN SHIPPING
We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for return shipping for all other reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Photo evidence may be required.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom or personalized items, opened personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact support@tressashouse.com.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
You agree to contact Tressa’s House before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed and could result in restrictions on future purchases.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping, and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
